 DMC #8 white perle cotton - This is the thread used in machine sashiko on the denim fabric as shown on the jacket (pattern #1994), kimono (pattern #1997) and vest (pattern #1998). To do the jacket and kimono it took me four (4) rolls while the vest took two (2) rolls of the DMC.
